Cerebras files for IPO | Electronics Weekly

According to the prospectus Cerebras had revenue of $510 million last year – up 75% YoY – and made a profit of $238 million compared to a loss in 2024.
Cerebras originally filed to IPO in 2024 producing a prospectus which disclosed that the UAE-backed company G42 accounted for 87% of Cerebras’ revenue. Later, Cerebras withdrew the filing.
Since then, Amazon and OpenAI have become potential Cerebras customers.
In January OpenAIagreed to buy up to 750MW of computing capacity from Cerebras over three years in a deal valued at $10 billion+ and last week, OpenAI agreed to pay Cerebras more than $20 billion over the next three years to use servers powered by Cerebras chips.
Last month, Amazon said it would be using Cerebras’ chips in AWS servers.
