Cerebras files for IPO | Electronics Weekly

According to the prospectus Cerebras had revenue of $510 million last year – up 75% YoY – and made a profit of $238 million compared to a loss in 2024.

Cerebras originally filed to IPO in 2024 producing a prospectus which disclosed that the UAE-backed company G42 accounted for 87% of Cerebras’ revenue. Later, Cerebras withdrew the filing.

 

Since then,  Amazon and OpenAI have become potential  Cerebras customers.

In January OpenAIagreed to buy up to 750MW of computing capacity ​from Cerebras over three years in a deal valued at $10 billion+ and last week,  OpenAI agreed to ‌pay  Cerebras more than $20 billion over the next three years to use servers powered by  Cerebras chips.

Last month, Amazon said it would be using Cerebras’ chips in  AWS servers.
