Founder and sole investor Artem Sokolov told Reuters that it would probably IPO in the US.

Sokolov also also said that he’d had 34,000 pre-orders, representing $2.4 billion in annual recurring revenue, and that he has invested $100 million in the company.

Humanoid is developing commercially scalable, safe, general-purpose humanoid robots for industrial applications like manufacturing, logistics, warehouses, and factories on a Robots-as-a-Service (RaaS) business midel base on modular designs (including wheeled and bipedal versions) to reduce costs and enable scalability.

HMND 01 (pictured) is ~2.2 meters talk, reaches speeds up to 7.2 km/h, and is designed for tasks like bin picking in cluttered environments. There is also a wheeled version of HMND 01 (also pictured below).

The company is reported to have about 200 employees including hires from  Apple, Tesla, Google, Boston Dynamics, Sanctuary AI and Nvidia.

Humanoid says they developed the prototypes in a few months with AI contributing to the rapidity of the development process.
