CPS PCCooler Brings High-Wattage PSUs, AIOs, and a Gigantic Full-tower Case to Computex 2026

The TR620M X is an aluminium dual fin-stack tower CPU cooler designed for large sockets such as SP6, LGA4677, and LGA4710. The cooler uses six 8 mm-thick heat pipes that pass through a copper base, spreading heat through the two fin-stacks. A high-speed 100 mm fan located between the fin-stacks is in charge of ventilation. The fan may seem small, but CPS is trying to make the cooler compatible with 4U cases.
The TS700D is a taller cooler with the same socket compatibility as the TR620M, but where Z-Height isn’t as much of a problem, such as in tower-type cases. The LR420S is a large 2P AIO CLC that uses a 420 × 120 mm radiator with high-airflow fans, and two pump-blocks that support large CPU sockets. The LR-480S is a 1P large socket AIO with a chunky 480 × 120 mm radiator.
The company also showcased its large-scale deployment water blocks for GeForce RTX 5090, with its fittings pointed at the tail-end and single-slot thickness; and cold-plates for large sockets. These are meant for small-scale commercial AI inferencing builds.
The GT360 is an AIO CLC targeting gaming PCs, supporting most common AMD and Intel sockets. It features a large 4-inch true-color OLED display. The DV360 is essentially the same cooler, but with a curved OLED display.
CPS PCCooler also showcased its SU-series high-wattage PSUs for AI inferencing builds. The SU2500 is a 2500 W PSU offering four 12V-2×6 connectors, and up to four 8+8 pin EPS connectors for 2P workstations with up to four GPUs.
