Assassin's Creed Hexe To Target 2027 Launch

For a game that hasn’t officially launched or even received a proper trailer, an awful lot of information has come out about the upcoming Assassin’s Creed Hexe, from the recent leak that divulged the protagonist’s name, and a returning character, to prior news that revealed that Ubisoft had reworked the game’s combat to be more fast-paced and hard-hitting. Now, a new rumor out of Rogue I Tx on X has revealed that Ubisoft will be targeting a 2027 launch date for Assassin’s Creed Hexe.

Additionally, the leaker reiterates previous rumors that the protagonist of Assassin’s Creed Hexe would be female and claims that the game will see a return to the parkour system featured in Assassin’s Creed Unity, which is often argued to be one of the best, if not the best, version of parkour in the franchise. What’s perhaps more of a surprise is that Far Cry 7 and Assassin’s Creed Hexe are expected to share the same launch window. It was previously confirmed by Ubisoft CEO, Yves Guillemot, that Ubisoft is working on two Far Cry projects. Presumably one of the Far Cry projects is the upcoming Far Cry 7, but nothing has so far been officially confirmed relating to that project.
