AI accelerates simulation and data collection in development system

Octolux RDS NTX Embedded

The hardware design platform uses AI-powered HMI/control systems to reduce design time. It can enable customers to define and validate a working system in 12 weeks, claimed the company.

The Octolux RDS provides standard blocks for integrated commercial or industrial systems. These blocks include ruggedised HMI and daughter boards to supply temperature sensing, motor control, relay driver and audio). The RDS shortens design time and simplify assembly, said the company.

The immersive HMI and intuitive user interface allow design engineers to replace knobs, switches and LED segment displays to customise systems for commercial and industrial applications.

NTX Embedded also offers ruggedisation services, with durability testing to validate for mechanical shock, thermal cycling and IP-rated sealing and can engineer displays to withstand heat, humidity, dust and vibration.

In addition to electronics and software testing services, it also offers sealed housings and modular mounting options for custom enclosures.

NTX Embedded is based in Carrollton, Texas. It designs, tests and manufactures custom embedded display systems. Services include mechanical design, integration of displays, control boards, sensors and software as well as regulation compliance, prototyping and production.

The Octolux RDS is available now.
