Pulsar and Badseed Tech Unveil X2H Crazylight Creators Edition

The X2H CrazyLight features a symmetrical shape with a high hump and narrow waist, making it an ideal choice for relaxed claw and claw grip users. Weighing in at a staggering 37 g for the Mini (Size 1) and just 43 g for the Medium (Size 2), the “CrazyLight” Advantage reduces wrist strain and allows for the speed required for high-level play.
Speaking on the result of the partnership, Brian Phillips shared his view on the product’s design.
“As a reviewer in this space, the decision to partner with a brand doesn’t come lightly. To me, Pulsar has been one of the most exciting brands to watch over the past few years because of their aggressive approach to innovation, exciting collaborations, and constant commitment to quality improvement. The X2H shape feels like someone created a mouse specifically for my hand and I was blown away at the engineering that went into making these Crazylight weights possible without sacrificing shell integrity.
I really wanted the design to reflect something personal. Lighting has always been a core part of how I create my content, and that influence is reflected in the simple, clean gradient. It’s meant to evoke the feeling of blue light spilling across the mouse from outside the frame, one of the first techniques I used to light products over 10 years ago and one that still appears in my work today.
To see my brand alongside Pulsar on a product I enjoy so much really is a dream come true, and I can’t wait for people to see these in person.” said Brian Phillips.
Pulsar America’s Chief Operating Officer, Bartosz Kusznerko, on the collaboration.
“Brian is one of the most distinctive creators in this space – not just because of what he says, but how he says it. His voice, delivery, and overall presence set him apart, and more importantly, he’s built real trust with his audience through consistency and honesty.
That’s exactly why this collaboration made sense. We wanted to work with someone who doesn’t just review products, but genuinely understands them and isn’t afraid to call things out.” said Bartosz Kusznerko.
With the X2H CrazyLight Creators Edition, the goal wasn’t to change what already works – the product remains exactly the same at its core. This collaboration is about identity and expression – translating Brian’s style and perspective into the visual language of the product.
We’re excited to make this collaboration available not only through Pulsar.gg, but also through BestBuy.com and additional global retail partners, making it accessible to a much broader audience worldwide.” said Bartosz Kusznerko.
The X2H Crazylight Creators Edition incorporates Pulsar’s standard for elite performance:
Pulsar XS-1 Optical Sensor: Powered by the Pulsar XS-1 sensor, it features 32,000 DPI and 750 IPS tracking. With Turbo Mode enabled, the sensor achieves a 20,000 FPS scanning rate.
8K Wireless Performance: The BadSeed Tech edition comes 8K Ready, supporting up to an 8,000 Hz polling rate for instant, lag-free reporting Tactile & Instant Actuation: Equipped with Pulsar Optical Switches rated for 100 million clicks, these switches eliminate debounce delay, preventing accidental double-clicks and ensuring every action registers instantly.
The BadSeed Tech Edition sheds the standard aesthetic for a striking black-to-electric-blue gradient that flows seamlessly from the tactile main buttons down to the aggressive rear hump. This limited-edition colorway is punctuated by clean, minimalist branding that pays homage to Brian’s channel: the BadSeed wordmark sits prominently on the right flank, while his iconic bearded skull logo is etched onto the left, positioned just above the side buttons and the Pulsar 8K dongle.
