MiTAC Shows Liquid and Air Cooled Servers, Debuts 96-GPU AMD Instinct MI355X Rack at Computex 2026

MiTAC showcased an extended portfolio of HPC, servers and enterprise components at Computex 2026, among them being AMD Instinct MI350X air-cooled servers, MI355X liquid-cooled systems and enterprise MI350P PCIe accelerator cards. On display was an impressive 52U liquid-cooled AI rack built around 12x G4826Z5 servers and 96 AMD Instinct MI355X GPUs. In the server area MiTAC presented a 4U liquid-cooled G4826Z5 server powered by AMD Instinct MI355X accelerators and the 8U air-cooled G8825Z5 featuring Instinct MI350X GPUs.

NVIDIA MGX architecture AI servers powered by 6th Gen AMD EPYC processors and NVIDIA Blackwell B200 GPUs were also presented.

Storage and memory configurations include Solidigm PCIe Gen 5 SSDs alongside Micron PCIe Gen 6 SSDs, DDR5-6400 RDIMMs and Micron 9550 E1.S drives.

MiTAC also demonstrated its G8825Z5 Diamond-cooled AI server platform, which combines AMD Instinct MI350X GPUs with Akash Systems Diamond Cooling technology for high-density deployments.
