GNSS wideband LNA with noise figure of 0.65 dB

The device operates across a frequency range from 1164 MHz to 1610 MHz. It has a high gain of up to 17.5 dB in the L1 band and 18.0 dB in the L2/L5/L6 band, a remarkably low noise figure of just 0.65 dB. It features very high linearity with only 12 mA current consumption at 3.3 V, while supporting a wide supply voltage range of 1.5 V to 5.5 V.

This LNA is suitable for applications requiring high jamming immunity and high input power tolerance in the same bands. Furthermore, it is designed for a wide range of applications, including GNSS modules, active antennas, tracking devices and so on.

With a wide operating temperature range of -40 to +105 °C, the NT1199 is well-suited for various applications, where temperature variations can be significant, it provides robust performance even in the most demanding environments.

The new LNA features a small SON-6-HE package size of just 1.6 × 1.6 mm typ., with a thickness of 0.55 mm.
