EK by LM TEK Launches EK-Pro GPU Water Block for NVIDIA H200 NVL
EK by LM TEK is proud to announce the EK-Pro GPU WB H200 NVL, a high-performance full-cover GPU water block designed for the NVIDIA H200 NVL. Engineered for high-density AI server deployments and data center environments, the block features a single-slot form factor optimized for maximum compute density and system compatibility. By covering the entire PCB, the EK-Pro water block directly cools the GPU, HBM memory, and VRM ensuring optimal thermal performance, stability, and sustained performance under demanding workloads. The low-profile, rack-style terminal design reduces overall assembly height, improving chassis compatibility across standard Full Height Full Width (FHFW) server platforms. This enables seamless integration as a drop-in replacement for both active and passive dual-slot air coolers.

Dual-Pass Cooling Engine for Maximum Thermal Efficiency

At the core of the EK-Pro GPU WB H200 NVL is a dual-pass cooling engine, engineered to maintain high flow rate. The coolant flows sequentially through two optimized microfin stacks, cooling each half of the GPU die and HBM memory to ensure uniform heat dissipation. This design maintains consistent flow distribution and thermal performance, minimizing losses even in reversed flow scenarios, while delivering efficient cooling across the entire GPU surface.

The base of the water block is CNC-machined from nickel-plated electrolytic copper for superior thermal conductivity, while the top is laser-cut from industry-grade stainless steel for enhanced durability and structural integrity.

High-quality EPDM O-rings ensure long-term sealing reliability, while pre-installed brass standoffs enable safe and straightforward installation. A screw-in PCIe power connector bracket provides secure cable management in demanding environments.

Optimized for High-Density Server Integration

The integrated single-slot I/O bracket replaces the stock I/O shield, enhancing structural rigidity while enabling the GPU to occupy only a single PCIe x16 slot. This allows for increased expansion capacity and improved system density in server environments.

A POM-machined terminal with dual G1/4″ ports ensures compatibility with EK-Pro QDC kits and manifold systems, supporting scalable liquid-cooling infrastructure in high-performance compute deployments.

Cutouts in the water block and backplate ensure full compatibility with NVIDIA NVLink, enabling seamless multi-GPU connectivity.

Backplate and Structural Reinforcement

The included retention backplate enhances both the structural rigidity and visual finish of the graphics card, while providing passive cooling to the backside VRM area. This contributes to improved thermal stability and long-term reliability in continuous operation environments.
