How I use Claude Code to challenge assumptions and turn research into a living artifact

Claude Code can already do plenty of basic research work. It can search the web, compare products, synthesize documents, and organize the result into a template. These are useful capabilities, and by now, many of us use them almost every day.
I use them too, but they are not what I want to focus on here. The more interesting change in my own work has happened at two other points in the research process: How I think while the research is still open, and how the result enters a product team once the research is done.
