Licensing revenue grew 29% YoY to $819 million and royalty revenue grew 11% to $671 million with data centre royalties more than doubling YoY.
For the current quarter it is forecasting sales of $1.26 billion.
Full fiscal year revenue for 2026 was $4.92 billion. Royalty revenue was up 21%YoY at $2.6 billion, and licensing revenue was up 25% YoY at $2.3 billion.
Arm CEO Rene Haas (pictured) said he saw unit growth for phones “flip to negative” last quarter with the slowdown concentrated in the lower end of the market.
Customer response to ARM‘s first proprietary chip, the AGI CPU has seen more than $2 billion of customer demand across FY2027 and FY2028, says the company.
“We are on track towards our forecast of $15 billion in this business and soon data centre will be Arm’s largest business,” says Haas.
Arm claims to have a 50% share of CPU compute among the leading hyperscalers.
