Top Ten Fabless Grew 44% In 2025

.Nvidia kept the No.1 slot with Broadcom and Qualcomm third.
Nvidia’s Q4 revenue from datacentres accounted for 90% of its total. Full-year revenue rose 65% YoY to $205.7 billion with its share of total top-ten revenue increasing further to 57%.
Broadcom benefited from growth in custom silicon and AI networking products, with revenue reaching $39.7 billion in 2025, up 30% YoY.
Qualcomm grew 12% YoY to nearly $38.9 billion, slipping to third place.
AMD had over 30% YoY growth in datacentre revenue in 2025, lifting total revenue by 34% to $34.6 billion and securing fourth place.
MediaTek took fifth place with full-year revenue ofc$19.1 billion, up 16% YoY.
Marvell ranked sixth, with revenue of over $8 billion in up 43% YoY.
Realtek’s 4Q25 revenue declined to $847 million but full year revenue of $3.9 billion placed it seventh.
OmniVision’s full-year revenue of $3.31 billion gave the company eighth place.
Novatek had revenue of nearly $3.23 billion in 2025, up 1% YoY, ranking ninth.
MPS ranked tenth with revenue up 26% YoY to $2.79 billion.
