Emberhaus’s Fire Oven Upgrades the Outdoor Kitchen

The numbers are in from major home appliance and fixtures fair KBIS: it’s clear that homeowners—those with green space, patios, or rooftop terraces—are now looking to establish, expand, and fully equip outdoor kitchens. Long gone are the days of standalone grills that need to be hosed down and emptied of strange buildup at the start of every season. Though classic in form, these devices aren’t always durable—prone to rust and hard toe keep clean—nor do they provide consistent results after exposure to the elements.

Today’s outdoor kitchen setups are starting to be as comprehensive as those indoors, taking on their own characteristics conducive to this refreshed context. New brand Emberhaus’s inaugural Fire Oven is exactly that.

It’s an advanced cooker that brings the charcoal-driven technology and performance increasingly favored in professional kitchens into the home—more specifically, into outdoor environments of all kinds. The fully contained device features intuitive, top-tier air controls, while its commercial-grade insulation ensures a more stable and evenly maintained heat. Fire Oven is nothing if not versatile: it can grill, roast, smoke, and bake with ease.

All of this is achieved in a tight, carefully designed package—a consideration that has rarely been applied to comparable solutions in this outdoor live-fire cooking category. Conducive with a range of outdoor kitchen styles, the cubic module comes in a wide variety of fire-tested colors and trims. What’s more, the unit is hand-crafted out of rust-proof marine-grade 316 stainless steel.

“Our patios have become sanctuaries—spaces to unwind, connect, and create lasting memories,” says Emberhaus founder and CEO Bobby Brennan. “Fire is the original gathering point, and cooking with it connects us not only to each other, but to something timeless. At Emberhaus, we built the ultimate outdoor cooking product we have always wanted but could never find.”
