Ducky Unveils Several New Keyboards at Computex 2026

Ducky is one of the companies we gladly stop by during any show, and its Computex 2026 lineup certainly does not disappoint with the new Cushion 98. The Cushion 98 was already showcased as a prototype back at the CES 2026 show, and it is definitely the star of the Computex 2026 show as well, as it will also be available as a Year of the Horse Edition, which is a part of Ducky’s Year of the Zodiac series. In addition to the new Cushion 98, Ducky also showcased the new OK-HE series and the OK-M series keyboards, as well as several themed keycaps and mousepads.

As said, the star of Ducky’s lineup is the new Cushion 98, which promises to bring “a new standard of typing comfort” and is tuned to be a work or gaming keyboard. As the name suggests, this is a 980-size keyboard, designed for quick tool-free tuning with an easily removable aluminium top case, and supports wired and wireless connectivity (BT and 2.4 GHz). It uses Ducky’s new Nest Mount, which should bring a more uniform keystroke feel compared to the standard gasket mount and have two cushioning layers depending on how much “softness” you prefer from a keyboard. Of course, it has hot-swappable Ducky Shush switches, with “south-facing RGB” for a more uniform backlight, which works really well on the Year of the Horse Edition version.

Ducky also made a special Cushion 98 Year of the Horse Edition version, which is a part of its Year of the Zodiac series and a successor to the Year of the Snake version released last year. We do know it will be a limited edition, as the Year of the Snake version was available in 2025 units, but it is still not clear how many units it will be available in, and we do not have a price tag, but last year’s model was selling at around $200. Interestingly, Ducky already had the Year of the Horse version back in 2014, but from all previous models in that series, the new Year of the Horse model certainly looks the best, at least in our book.

In addition to the Cushion 98 model, Ducky also brought the OK-M series, which is available in 980, 65%, and 75% sizes, and is basically Ducky’s affordable, entry-level mechanical keyboard designed for everyday use. It still features a gasket-mount design with hot-swappable switches (KTT Linear/Tactile) and 5-layer acoustic dampening, side RGB lighting, as well as the same tri-mode connectivity. This one is already available, with prices ranging from $70 to $90, depending on the version.Ducky also had the new OK-HE series at the show, which is a whole new beast that promises premium gaming performance as well as a premium typing experience. It provides analog precision with hall-effect input and probably will use similar Ducky inductive switches from the One X model, as it comes with features like Rapid Trigger, SOCD, and controller simulation. It also promises 8x faster input with an ultra-responsive 8 kHz polling rate. The new OK-HE series still uses a gasket mount with 5-layer acoustic dampening, and it is basically a higher-end version of the OK-M series with a more premium design, next-gen switches, and a higher polling rate, but in the same 65%, 75%, and 980 versions, and with the same tri-mode connectivity.

Of course, Ducky also brought several themed keyboards, keycaps, and mousepads, including ones from the Warhammer series, Transformers, Sea of Thieves, Rust, Frieren, and others.
