NZXT Ultra RGB Single-Fan Frames at Computex: More RGB and Metal Accents

As with previous NZXT Fan Frame designs, the Ultra Fan series aims to minimize cable clutter and streamline both physical installation and software management of case fans. The Ultra Fans take use standard 120 mm and 140 mm fan screw spacing, but there are only four screws per frame on both the small and large frames. The Ultra fans also feature an RGB-illuminated loop around the fans, in addition to the typical fan hub lighting effects, and you can run different effects on the hub and loop. The RGB addressable RGB zones in the Ultra Fan series are customizable in NZXT Cam, but there is an optional 5 v ARGB header for native motherboard control instead. NZXT claims that the frames with 120 mm fans offer noise levels of 32.2 dBA per fan, while the 140 mm variant bumps it up to 36.9 dBA per fan. Both fan frames are available in black and white. NZXT also showed off the RGB Reverse Fan single-fan frame, which takes the original 360 and 420 mm Frame designs and flips the fan orientation for more diverse PC build options.
